Today I got an e-mail from a dear couple who have invested years of prayer and wads of dollars in hopes of having a baby. On the sonogram attached to their post I just now saw the face of their son. God willing, he will be born in about five months, but he's already making a host of people happy. As I looked at his perfect little nose and mouth and forehead, I wondered how anybody could think even for a minute about ending such a life.
